Inanunsyo ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) na suspendido ang number coding scheme sa Miyerkules May 1.
Ayon sa MMDA, ang suspensyon ng number coding ay bilang pakikiisa ng ahensya sa paggunita ng Labor Day.
Nagpayo ang MMDA sa mga motorista na magplano ng kanilang biyahe at mag-ingat sa pagmamaneho.
Ang number coding ay awtomatikong suspendido sa buong Metro Manila kapag regular holiday gaya ng Araw ng Paggawa.
