Korte nagpalabas ng HDO laban sa dating pulis na si Acierto at 6 na iba pa
Nagpalabas ng Hold Departure Order (HDO) ang Manila Regional Trial Court laban sa dating police officer na si Eduardo Acierto, at anim na iba pa na nahaharap sa kasong pagpupuslit ng bilyong pisong halaga ng shabu na nasa loob ng magnetic lifters.
Sakop din ng HDO sina dating Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Deputy Director for Administration Ismael Fajardo; mga importer na sina Chan Yee Wah alyas KC Chan at Zhou Quan alyas Zhang Quan; mga consignee na sina Vedasto Cabral Baraquel Jr. at Maria Lagrimas Catipan ng Vecaba Trading at si Emily Luquingan.
Sila ay subject ng warrant of arrest na nauna nang inilabas ng Manila RTC.
Ang isa pang akusado na si dating Customs Intelligence Officer Jimmy Guban, ay nasa kostodiya naman na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Ayon sa rekord ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) sina Acierto at Fajardo ay kapwa naman nasa loob pa ng bansa.
Sina Acierto at ang iba pang akusado ay kinasuhan ng Department of Justice sa korte matapos na makitaan ng probable cause ang reklamong unang inihain ng NBI.
