Dating Customs Intelligence Officer Jimmy Guban inilipat sa NBI
Inilipat na si dating Bureau of Customs intelligence officer Jimmy Guban ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Ayon kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, ito ay matapos i-terminate ang kanyang witness protection coverage sa Department of Justice (DOJ).
Si Guban ay sangkot umano sa ilegal na pag-import na may koneksyon sa natagpuang bilyun-bilyong pisong halaga ng shabu shipment sa loob ng magnetic lifters sa Maynila at Cavite noong 2018.
Nakakita aniya ng probable cause sa kasong kinakaharap si Guban at pitong iba pa.
Sinabi pa ni Guevarra na mananatili si Guban sa NBI hanggang sa makapaglabas ng desisyon ang prosekusyon kung aalisin siya bilang state witness ng kaso.
