Mga pasaherong namasahe mula Clark patungong NAIA matapos ang 6.1 magnitude na lindol, pwedeng humingi ng refund
Maaring humingi ng refund ang mga pasahero na namasahe sa bus mula Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) patungong Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) matapos maapektuhan ang kanilang flight ng tumamang 6.1 magnitude na lindol noong Lunes.
Ayon sa abiso ng CIAC, ang mga nagbayad ng pamasahe sa bus para makalipat ng paliparan ay pwedeng mag-demand ng refund.
Sinabi ng CIAC na base sa direktiba ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) inatasan ang bus company na maglaan ng free transportation services sa mga pasaherong naapektuhan ng temporary closure ng Clark.
Mula Lunes ng gabi, April 22, hanggang Martes, April 23, ang mga bus ng Genesis ay nagbigay ng transportation service sa mga pasahero patungong NAIA.
Ayon sa CIAC, ang mga pasaherong nagbayad ng pamasahe ay maaring mag-refund, basta’;t sasailalim sa validation.
Kailangan lamang ipakita ang sumusunod:
• Proof of Airline Ticket, Bus Ticket and Flight Information Details.
• One valid government-issued ID (example: Passport, Driver’s license, Voter’s ID, SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth Card, etc).
Kapag nakumpleto na ang mga dokumento, maaring magtungo ang mga pasahero sa sumusunod na lugar para sa refund:
