Luzon grid isinailalim sa yellow alert ngayong maghapon
Bahagyang nadagdagan ang reserba ng kuryente sa Luzon grid ngayong araw ng Biyernes, April 26.
Sa kabila nito, iiral pa rin ang yellow alert sa Luzon grid sa maghapon habang wala naman nang itataas na red alert.
Ang pag-iral ng yellow alert ay mula alas 10:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 4:00 ng hapon.
Ayon sa National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), ang available capacity para sa Luzon grid ay 11,544 megawatts habang 10,632 megawatts ang peak demand.
Sa ilalim ng yellow alert ay hindi kailangang magpatupad ng rotational brownout maliban na lamang kung mayroon pang pumalyang mga planta ng kuryente.
