Nabatid sa isinagawang post-earthquake structural usability evaluation ng City Engineer’s Office na hindi ligtas sa publiko ang gusali ng pribadong paaralan.

Nagkaroon ng malalaking bitak ang ilang bahagi ng eskwelahan kabilang ang column sa harapan nito.

Samantala, hindi tinanggap ng presidente ng ADFC na si Eduard Chua ang inilabas na cease and desist order.

Samantala, sinabi ni Mayor Cristina Romualdez sa isang pulong balitaan na titiyakin pa rin ang kaligtasan ng mga Taclobanon dahil inaasahan pa rin ang aftershocks ng lindol.
