Labingisang miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) ang sumuko sa militar sa Laguna.
Ayon kay Capt. Patrick Jay Retumban, public affairs chief ng 2nd Infantry Division ng Philippine Army, ang sumuko ang mga rebelde sa bayan ng Cavinti.
Tatlong armas din ang isinuko ng mga rebelde.
Sinabi ni Retumban na ang mga sumuko ay pinagkalooban ng P65,000 na grant ng gobyerno.
Ito ay bahagi ng Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) ng pamahalaan.
