Sa datos mula sa PAGASA, nasa 45.9 degrees Celsius ang heat index sa Aurora bandang 2:00 ng hapon.
Ang heat index ay ang init na nararamdaman ng katawan ng tao na kadalasang mas mataas sa air temperature.

Posibleng makaranas ang mga residente ng mga apektadong lugar ng heat exhaustion na maaaring magdulot sa heat stroke.
Samantala, hindi naman inaasahan ng weather bureau na pumalo ang heat index sa dangerous level mula April 18 hanggang 22 base sa kanilang 5-day heat index forecast.
