Paglilitis sa kasong cyber liber ni Maria Ressa tuloy
Ibinasura ng Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 46 ang inihaing motion to quash information ni Rappler CEO Maria Ressa at kapwa akusado.
Sa naging pasya ni Judge Rainelda Estacio-Montesa, hindi nito pinagbigyan ang mosyon dahil sa kawalan ng merito.
Dahil dito, itinakda ng husgado ang arraignament para kay Ressa at co-accused na si Reynaldo Santos Jr. bukas ganap na 8:30 ng umaga.
Si Ressa at Santos Jr ay nahaharap sa kasong Cyber Libel matapos i-republished ng Rappler ang isang mapanirang artikulo laban sa negosyanteng si Wilfredo Keng.
