Nasabat ng mga otoridad ang P587,0000 halaga ng shabu sa isang babae sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Cebu City noong April 12.
Kinilala ang suspek na si Menjay Porcia Arcilla na nakuhanan ng 85 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu sa Carbon Public Market sa nasabing probinsya.
Ayon kay Lieutenant Colonel Glenn Mayam, Police Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) Visayas Special Operations Unit 5, si Arcilla ay drug courier ng isang drug lord sa Cebu.
Kasalukuyang nakadetain si Arcilla sa kustodiya ng Carbon Police Precinct at sasampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
