Resolusyon inihain sa senado para tutulan ang panawagan ng US Congress na palayain si Sen. De Lima
Naghain ng resolusyon sa senado para tutulan ang dalawang resolusyon ng U.S. Congress na nananawagan ng pagpapalaya kay Senator Leila De Lima.
Sa resolution ng US Congress binabatikos din ang umano ay pag-atake kay Rappler CEO Maria Ressa.
Ang Senate Resolution No. 1037 ay inihain nina Senate President Tito Sotto III at Senators Ping Lacson at Gringo Honasan.
Ayon sa resolusyon, ang US Congress resolutions ay hindi makatarungang panghihimasok sa bansa lalo’t ang Pilipinas ay hindi na colony ng Amerika.
Nakasaad sa resolusyon na nasa korte ang kaso ni De Lima gayundin ang kaso ni Ressa.
Sinabi ni Senator Lacson na hindi dapat panghimasukan ng US ang justice system ng Pilipinas.
