Ayon kay San Ildefonso Police chief Pol. Lt. Col. Julio Lizardo, isinilbi nila ang isang search warrant sa bahay ng isang Duane Aquino na nasa drug watchlist umano ng istasyon ng pulis.
Ang search warrant ay inilabas ni Malolos Regional Trial Court Branch 16 Judge Sita Jose Clemente.
Timbog din ang dalawang iba pa na kasama ni Aquino sa bahay.
Mahaharap ngayon ang tatlo sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
