Heat Index sa Metro Manila maaring pumalo ng hanggang 38 degrees Celsius ngayong araw
Ayon kay PAGASA weather specialist Benison Estareja, aabot kasi sa 35 degrees Celsius ang maximum na temperatura sa Metro Manila.
Dahil dito, posibleng pumalo sa 38 degrees Celsius ang heat index o ang alinsangan na ramdam ng katawan ng tao.
Mararamdaman ito sa pagitan ng ala 1:00 ng hapon at alas 4:00 ng hapon.
Dahil ditto, pinayuhan ng PAGASA ang publiko na kung wala namang importanteng gagawin ay manatili sa loob ng mga ganitong oras at iwasan ang paglabas-labas.
Kahapon, araw ng Linggo, (April 7) ang Tuguegarao ang nakapagtala ng pinakamainit na temperatura na umabot sa 36 degrees Celsius.
35.9 degrees Celsius naman ang naitala sa Catbalogan City at 35.6 degrees Celsius ang naitala sa San Jose, Occidental Mindoro at Cotabato City.
