Chief of staff ni LTFRB chief Delgra, sinuspinde ng DOTr dahil sa umanoy kurapsyon

Pinatawan ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ng 90-day suspension ang chief of staff ni Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) chairman Martin Delgra dahil sa umanoy pagtanggap ng pera mula sa transport operator.

Ayon sa DOTr, mayroong “prima facie” case laban kay Manolo Labor para sa kasong grave misconduct at conduct unbecoming to the best interest of the service.

Dagdag ng ahensya, sinuspinde si Labor dahil ang posisyon nito ay pwedeng maka-impluwensya sa potensyal na testigo at makasira ng ebidensya.

Sa pahayag ng DOTr, humingi umano si Labor ng P385,000 mula sa transport operator kapalit ng prangkisa.

Binigyan si Labor ng 3 araw para sagutin ang alegasyon at magsumite ng ebidensya pagkatanggap nito ng suspension order.

Kapag nabigo si Labor na sagutin ang reklamo, nangangahulugan ito na wala na ang kanyang karapatan na marinig ang kanyang panig at dedesisyunan na ang kaso batay sa hawak na ebidensya ng DOTr.
