Dating OFW na pumatay sa kapwa OFW sa South Korea, arestado sa Pampanga
Naaresto ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang isang Pilipino na responsable sa pagpatay ng kapwa Pinoy worker sa Candaba, Pampanga.
Ayon kay NBI director Dante Gierran, sa bisa ng inilabas na arrest warrant ng Manila Regional Trial Court branch 20, inaresto si Yugoslav Magtoto dahil sa umano’y pagpatay nito sa kapwa Pinoy worker na si Angelo Camen Claveria sa South Korea.
Parehong nagtatrabaho sina Magtoto at Claveria bilang factory worker sa Doil Industrial Technologies Corporation sa South Korea.
Napaulat na nawawala si Claveria noong 2016 bago natagpuan ang kaniyang katawan sa loob ng isang septic tank noong April 2018.
Ayon sa NBI, nagalit si Magtoto matapos siyang tanggihan ni Claveria sa kabila ng pang-aakit nito.
Kasunod ng pagpatay, ninakaw pa umano ni Magtoto ang ilang gamit ni Claveria at P47,000 mula sa debit card nito bago umalis ng South Korea at bumalik sa Pilipinas noong May 9, 2016.
Mahaharap si magtoto sa kasong murder sa South Korea.
