Palasyo susundin ang utos ng SC na ilabas ang PNP ‘Tokhang’ reports

Iginagalang ng Malakanyang ang desisyon ng Korte Suprema na iutos ang paglalabas ng lahat ng “Oplan Tokhang” reports ng Philippine National Police (PNP).

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo, laging sinusunod ng administrasyon ang batas.

Liban na lang anya kung bawiin ng Korte Suprema ang kautusan, susunod anya ang gobyerno.

Binanggit naman ni Panelo ang paghahain ng Solicitor General ng motion for reconsideration.

“We always follow the rule of law. The Supreme Court has spoken. Unless it reverses itself upon a motion for reconsideration by the Solicitor General, obedience to its ruling should come as a matter of course,” ani Panelo.

Una rito ay inutusan ng SC ang SolGen na ilabas ang lahat ng Tokhang police reports sa mga human rights groups at mga kaanak ng mga pinaniniwalaang pinatay dahil nanlaban umano sa gitna ng drug operation.
