Libu-libong katao ang dumalo sa isinagawang pinakamalaking proclamation rally ng Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) sa Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Sa pangunguna ni Zamboanga del Norte Rep. Bullet Jalosjos, binanggit nito ang planong ayusin ang sektor ng turismo at pangkalusugan sa lugar.
