100,000-piso at 2,000-Piso Centennial Commemorative Notes hindi na tatanggapin mula Aug. 2 – BSP
Muling nagpaalala ang Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) sa publiko na sa epektibo sa Agosto, ay hindi na tatanggapin ang 100,000 Pesos at 2,000 Pesos na Centennial Commemorative Notes.
Ayon sa abiso ng BSP mula August 2, 2019 hindi na maaring gamitin ang nasabing mga pera bilang pambayad sa anumang transaksyon.
Maari namang ipapalit ang nasabing banknotes sa mga New Generation Currency (NGC) banknotes sa parehong halaga at walang anumang charge.
Pwede itong gawin saanmang authorized agent banks (AABs) at sa BSP offices hanggang 1 August 2019.
Sa ilalim kasi ng BSP Circular No. 937 lahat ng Centennial Commemorative Notes ay ikukunsidera nang demonetized mula August 2.
