Red election hotspot na lalawigan ng Abra binisita ni Albayalde sa unang araw ng kampanya para sa local candidates

Binisita ni Philippine National Police o P-N-P chief Director General Oscar Albayalde ang Abra.
Ito ay kasunod ng pagsisimula ng campaign period para sa mga lokal na kandidato sa 2019 midterm elections.
Ang Abra ay itinuturing na red election hotspot ng P-N-P.
Nakipagpulong si Albayalde sa mga pulitiko sa lugar ukol sa pribadong grupo ng mga pulitiko, umano’y vote buying at pagkwestyon sa pulisya.
Tiniyak naman ng P-N-P chief na walang pinapanigang pulitiko ang mga pulis.
