Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo at Justice Carpio nagkaayos na matapos ang word war sa China loan

Matapos ang palitan ng maanghang na salita kaugnay sa $US62 million na loan ng Pilipinas sa China para sa Chico River Irrigation Project, nagkaayos na sina Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo at Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio.

Base sa picture na ipinamahagi ni Panelo sa Malakanyang Press Corps makikitang nakangiting magkasama ang dalawa sa Integrated Bar of the Philippines National Convention na ginaganap ngayon sa Marriott Hotel sa Iloilo City.

Ayon kay Panelo, nagpalitan sila ni Carpio ng pleasantries.

Ani Panelo, Magka brod sila ni Carpio sa fraternity sa Sigma Rho sa University of the Philippines Law.

Dagdag ni Panelo, junior brod niya si Carpio at siya ang nagbigay ng initiation kay Carpio pero hindi ang physical initiation rites.

“Just now here in Marriott Hotel Iloilo. We are both here for the IBP National Convention. “Hahaha exchanged pleasantries. We are fraternity broads in the Sigma Rho in UP Law. He is Junior brod. I was one of the senior brods who initiated him but not physical,” sinabi ni Panelo.

Matatandaang tinawag ni Panelo na unpatriotic si Carpio dahil sa paghahanap ng butas sa loan agreement ng China at Pilipinas sa Chico River Irrigation Project.
