Ito ang naging tugon ng kalihim makaraang magbanta si Sison ng pag- atake sa mga lugar na mahina ang pwersa ng tropa ng pamahalaan.
Ayon kay Año, dapat umuwi si Sison para malaman ang mga nahuhuling matataas na miyembro ng CPP-NPA ng
Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Philippine National Police (PNP).
