Nagwagi ang University of the Philippines (UP) kontra sa University of the East (UE) para sa UAAP Season 81 men’s volleyball tournament.
Nakamit ng Fighting Maroons ang kanilang unang panalo matapos ang crucial na fifth set ng laban.
Naipanalo ng clutch ace ni Martin Yan ang UP sa huling set ng laro.
Nakapagtala naman si Mac Millete ng 22 points habang tig-14 points naman ang ambag nina Jerry San Pedro at Brylle Consuelo para sa koponan.
Sa ngayon, mayroon nang 7-1 win-loss record ang UP habang bumaba naman sa 2-6 ang win-loss record ng Red Warriors.
