Arestado ang dalawang katao dahil sa ilegal na pagbebenta ng mga seahorse sa Maynila.
Nahuli ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) ang mga suspek sa isang establisimiyento sa Binondo.
Ayon sa NBI, ibinebenta ang kada piraso ng seahorse sa halagang P2,800.
Nakuha rin ang ilang bird’s nest mula Tallo bird sa Palawan sa halaga namang P70,000.
Mahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Philippine Fisheries Code at Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act.
