Jonas Bueno, inconsistent ang pahayag ukol sa Silawan murder case

Nakakita ng mga inconsistencies ang mga otoridad sa alibi ni Jonas Bueno, ang person of interest sa pagpatay sa 16 anyos na si Christine Lee Silawan.

Ayon sa pulisya, sinabi ni Bueno na nasa Davao City siya noong March 5, halos isang linggo bago makita ang bangkay ni Silawan sa Cebu noong March 11.

Pero hindi ito tugma sa pahayag ng kanyang live-in partner na naaresto rin ng mga pulis at nagsabing bumalik sila sa Davao City mula Cebu noon pang February 22.

Ayon kay Chief Supt. Marcelo Morales, director ng Davao Regional Police, ang inconsistent na pahayag ni Bueno ang subject ng kanilang follow-up investigation para ma-establish kung paano talaga nakarating ang dalawa sa Davao City.

Si Bueno ay naaresto dahil sa standing arrest warrant sa pagpatay sa isang magsasaka noong 2017 na gaya nang nangyari kay Silawan ay binalatan din ang mukha.
