Korte sa Taguig nagpalabas ng warrant of arrest laban kay Nicko Falcis
Nagpalabas ng warrant of arrest ang korte sa Taguig laban sa dating business partner at manager ni Kris Aquino na si Nicko Falcis.
Ang warrant of arrest ay inilabas ni Judge Felix Reyes acting presiding judge ng Taguig City Regional Trial Court.
Ang arrest warrant ay para sa kasong paglabag sa RA number 8484 o Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998 na inihain ni Kris Quino laban kay Falcis.
Ipinadala ang kopya ng nasabing warrant of arrest sa PNP warrant section sa Quezon City, sa Tagiug Police Station, sa NBI at sa CIDG para sa pagsisilbi nito kay Falcis.
Nagtakda naman ng P60,000 piyansa ang korte para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ni Falcis.
