Sa pagtaya ay umabot ng 12 oras ang naranasang outage ang malaking bilang ng naapektuhan ay sa North America at Europe.
Sa tweet ng Facebook, sinabi nitong resulta ng server configuration change ang nangyang problema.
Naresolba na umano ang isyu ang naka-recover na ang kanilang server.
Humingi din ng paumanhin ang Facebook sa mga user.
