Ayon sa Manila Police District – Station 11, nilabag ng dalawang suspek ang section 5 (Selling of Dangerous Drugs), section 11 (Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drugs) at section 12 (Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drug| ng RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Kinilala ang mga suspek na sina Jason Trinidad, 36 anyos na isa ring miyembro ng Commando Gang at live-in partner niyang si Andrea Brizuela, 32 anyos.
Naaresto ang dalawa sa buy-bust operation ng operatiba ng MPD station 11 sa kahabaan ng Avenida Rizal Avenue kanto ng Soler St. Binondo, Manila
Narekober sa mga suspek ang isang brown coin purse, P500 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money, 14-na piraso ng sachet ng shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P7 libong piso at isang unit ng digital weighing scale.
