Mobile services ng PAL offline mula March 23 hanggang 24

Makararanas ng pagkaantala sa ilang online at mobile services ng Philippine Airlines (PAL) sa March 23 at 24.

Ito ay dahil sa isasagawang system upgrade ng airline company

Ayon sa PAL, tuloy pa rin ang operasyon ng mga scheduled flight maliban sa pagkuha ng bagong flights, tour bookings, rebooking, rerouting at refund sa nasabing petsa.

Mula March 22 hanggang 25, hindi muna maaring ma-access ang website, mobile app at kiosks ng PAL.

Inabisuhan naman ang mga pasahero na may planong bumiyahe sa weekend ng March 23 na maagang bumili ng ticket.

Sinabihan din ang mga pasahero na may biyahe mula March 21 hanggang March 25 na dalhin ang kopya ng ticket at maagang pumunta sa airport para sa iba’t ibang proseso ng kanilang biyahe.

Magbabalik-normal ang operasyon ng PAL matapos makumpleto ang upgrade bandang alas dose ng tanghali ng March 24.
