Chinese na nahaharap sa kasong tax evasion, huli sa Pasay
Arestado ang isang lalaking Chinese sa ikinasang operasyon sa isang casino sa Pasay City.
Ayon kay Brig. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr., hepe ng Manila Police District (MPD), nakilala ang suspek na si Xu Wenlu, 54-anyos.
Si Xu ay tumakas umano sa China dahil sa kinakaharap na kasong tax evasion na nagkakahalaga ng ¥30 million.
Nahuli si Xu sa operasyon ng MPD at Bureau of Immigration sa bisa ng inilabas na warrant of deportation.
Sumailalim ang suspek sa deportation process sa BI detention facilitt sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City.
