Special Envoy to China Mon Tulfo, walang balak na mag-sorry sa tinawag niyang “lazy” Pinoy workers
Walang balak na mag-sorry si Special Envoy to China Ramon Tulfo, kaugnay sa naunang pahayag nito na laban sa mga manggagawang Pilipino.
Sa kanyang post sa Twitter, sinabi ni Tulfo na “To the Filipino construction workers: Why should I apologize to you for telling the truth that you’re basically lazy and a slowpoke? Does the truth hurt?”
Nauna nang sinabi ni Tulfo na mas gusto umano niya ang Chinese workers kaysa sa mga Pinoy, dahil mas masisipag daw ang mga Tsino.
Ikinumpara pa ni Tulfo ang mga Chinese worker sa mga Filipino worker na lagi aniyang naninigarilyo at nagtsitsismisan.
Inalmahan ito ng iba’t ibang labor groups, at iginiit na dapat humingi ng paumanhin si Tulfo sa mga manggagawang Pinoy.
Sa ngayon, umaani rin ng samu’t saring reaksyon ang tweet ni Tulfo, na karamihan ay pag-alma at galit mula sa publiko.
