Naghahanda na ang Bureau of Jail Management and Penology sa posibleng epekto ng tag-init sa mga persons deprived of liberty lalo na at may banta ng El Niño ang bansa.

Dahil kasi sa siksikan ng mga bilanggo hindi maiiwasan na mas madali ang pagkalat ng sakit sa loob ng mga bilanguan.
