Konsehal sa Davao Oriental, nahulihan ng droga at armas

Arestado ang isang konsehal sa Manay, Davao Oriental dahil sa ilegal na droga at mga armas.

Sa bisa ng search warrant, nakuha kay municipal councilor Levy Joe Mumando alyas Wad ang 2 sachet ng umanoy shabu.

Ayon kay Police Lt. Col.  Maximo Sebastian, nasa watchlist ng Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 11 ang konsehal.

Nang isilbi ang warrant ay nahulihan si Mumando ng mga baril at bala.

Nahaharap ang konsehal sa paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition.
