Kinilala ang suspek na si Randy Reconalla na taong 2011 pa nasampahan ng kasong estafa.

Ito ay matapos kuhain at ipagbili ni Reconalla ang van na pagmamay-ari ng pinagtatrabahuan niyang kumpanya sa Valenzuela City.

Nang malaman ng mga awtoridad na nasa Victorias City ay agad silang nagkasa ng operasyon.

Dito na natimbog ang suspek na hindi umano tumanggi sa inaakusa laban sa kanya.
