48-team 2022 World Cup nais ng FIFA President

Kung naging posible ang pulong nina US President Donald Trump at North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, hindi naman nawawalan ng pag-asa si FIFA president Gianni Infantino na magkakaroon ng 48 teams para sa 2022 World Cup sa Qatar.

Ayon kay Infantino, hindi ito madali pero kung napagdesisyunan na ipatupad ito sa 2026 bakit hindi anya ipatupad nang mas maaga.

Pinalutang ng pinuno ng FIFA ang posibilidad ng pagsasagawa ng mga laro sa labas ng Qatar para ma-accommodate ang iba pang teams.

Mahirap mag-organisa ng palaro sa Qatar dahil sa diplomatic crisis na nararanasan nito sa mga kapitbahay na bansa na Saudi Arabia, Bahrain at United Arab Emirates.

Pero ani Infantino, lahat ay posible tulad ng pulong nina Trump at Kim.
