Reklamo ni Kris Aquino vs Nicko Falcis, ibinasura ng piskalya
Ibinasura ng Pasig City prosecutor ang reklamong qualified theft at paglabag sa Access Device Law na inihain ni Kris Aquino laban sa dati nitong business associate na si Nicko Falcis.
Sa resolusyon na may petsang Februay 15 at inilabas araw ng Martes, ibinasura ni Senior Asst. City Prosecutor Aileen C. Sabare ang reklamo ni Aquino dahil sa kakulangan ng ebidensya.
Ibinasura rin ang reklamong paglabag sa Republic Act 8484 o Access Devises Regulation Act of 1998 dahil boluntaryong nagbigay ang aktres ng credit card kay Falcis.
Sa reklamo ni Aquino, unauthorized umano ang paggamit ni Falcis sa credit card na para sa gastos ng kanyang production company.
Umabot umano sa P129,680 ang halaga ng personal purchase ni Falcis na ginawa sa Lucendi Pasig at Toby Estates Pasig.
Gayunman sinabi ng piskal na ang mga detalye ng naturang transaksyon ay hindi isinama sa isinumiteng ebidensya.
Dahil boluntaryong ibinigay kay Falcis ang credit card, sinabi ng prosecutor na hindi makukunsiderang unauthorized ang paggamit nito.
