Operasyon ng BOC itutuloy sa loob ng gymnasium
Pansamantalang ililipat ang operasyon ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa kanilang gymnasium sa South Harbor sa Maynila.
Kasunod ito ng malaking sunog sa gusali ng BOC Port of Manila Biyernes ng gabi.
Sinabi ni BOC Spokesperson Erastus Austria na layon nito na magtuloy-tuloy ang operasyon ng kanilang Formal Entry Division.
Makikipag-ugnayan din ang ahensya sa Philippine Port Authority at Maritime Industry Authority para magamit ang kanilang pasilidad para sa operasyon ng Customs.
Nagsimula ang sunog sa ikatlong palapag ng POM Building bandang alas-9:00 pm na umabot sa ika-limang alarma bago ideklarang fire-under control dakong 4:00 ng umaga.
