Ex- Cong. Rodolfo Plaza, naghain ng not guilty plea sa Sandiganbayan
Naghain ng not guilty plea si dating Agusan Del Sur Rep. Rodolfo Plaza sa kasong graft at malversation of public funds hinggil sa kontrobersyal na Priority Development Assistance Fund o PDAF scam.
Sa SandiganBayan 2nd division binasahan ng sakdal si Plaza at iba pang co-accused sa kaso.
Kabilang dito sina Jasper Kapunan, aid ni Plaza; Pork Barrel scandal queen Janet Lim Napoles; John Raymund de Asis; Budget Undersecretary Mario Relampagos; DBM Employees Lalaine Paule, Marilou Bare; NABCOR President Alan Javellana at labing apat na iba pa na kawani ng National Livelihood Development Corporation.
Si Plaza ay nakakubra raw ng higit 42 million pesos mula mga proyektong pinondohan ng kanyang PDAF mula noong 2004 hanggang 2010.
Binigyan naman ng SandiganBayan ng tatlumpung araw ang mga akusado para magsumite ng pre-trial briefs.
Itinakda ang preliminary conference sa January 20, 27 t February 10 at 17, 2016, lahat sa alas diyes ng umaga.
