Dalawang unibersidad sa Pilipinas ang napabilang sa listahan ng top universities sa Asia-Pacific region ngayong taon.
Sa inilabas na datos ng Times Higher Education o T-H-E sa kanilang website, kasama sa listahan ang University of the Philippines sa 101-110 bracket.
Tumaas ang ranggo ng U-P ngayong taon mula sa 151-160 bracket noong 2018.
Maliban sa U-P, kasama rin sa listahan ang De La Salle University na nasa 201-250 bracket.
Nasungkit naman ang number one spot ng Tsinghua University sa China at sinundan ng University of Singapore, University of Melbourne sa Australia, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology at, University of Hong Kong.
Ayon sa T-H-E, parehong performance indicator ang pinagbasehan sa world university rankings.
