Duterte: Mga naglutangang cocaine, galing sa international drug cartels
Ibinunyag ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na galing sa international drug cartels ang mga naglutangan na cocaine sa karagatan sa bansa.
Ayon sa Pangulo, patunay ito na nakapasok na sa bansa o may presensya na sa Pilipinas ang drug cartel na Sinaloa at Medellin.
“But the news that you hear everyday about the floating drugs all around the country is that really we have confirmed that [Sinaloa] and the Medellin cartels are in the trade now. And it’s cocaine — it has always been cocaine from Mexico,” ani Duterte.
Ang Sinaloa ay ang big time drug syndicate sa Mexico habang ang Medellin cartel ay isang bigtime drug syndicate sa Colombia na itinatag ng kilalang drug lord na si Pablo Escobar.
Matatandaang nitong mga nakalipas na araw, ilang bungkos ng cocaine ang nakuha sa karagatan ng Camarines Norte, Siargao, Dinagat islands, at Quezon province.
