Ayon kay SFO4 Teodorico Auxtero, hepe ng Bureu of Fire Protection (BFP) Talibon, sumiklab ang sunog sa bahagi ng Sitio Pasil sa Barangay Poblacion.
Tumagal ang sunog ng higit dalawang oras at idineklarang fire out dakong 2:30 ng hapon.
Sinabi ni Auxtero na gawa sa light materials ang higit 200 na bahay sa lugar.
Sa ngayon, patuloy pa ring inaalam ang sanhi at kung magkano ang pinsala sa sunog.
