Nasa isang official visit sa Hungary si Foreign Affairs Sec. Teodoro Locsin Jr.
Ayon sa pahayag ng Department of Forein Affairs (DFA) ang tatlong araw na official visit ay layong mas paigtingin pa ang ugnayan ng Pilipinas sa Budapest.
Sa kaniyang pabisita sa Hungary, makikipagkita si Locsin sa kaniyang counterpart na si Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto para pag-usapan ang bilateral relations ng dalawang bansa at ilang regional at global developments.
“Secretary Locsin’s visit will provide an opportunity for him to share with Hungarian policy makers, business leaders, and members of the academe developments that have been taking place in the Philippines,” ayon sa DFA.
Sinabi ng Philippine Embassy sa Budapest na nakipagkita rin ang kalihim kay Hungarian National Assembly Speaker Laszlo Kover.
Magbibigay din ng lecture si Locsin hinggil sa Philippine foreign policy sa Institute of Foreign Affairs and Trade at bibisita sa headquarters ng Hungarian Water Technology Corporation.
Pagkagaling sa Hungary, magtutungo si Locsin sa Germany para dumalo sa Munich Security Conference.
