Davao Occidental at Surigao del Norte niyanig ng lindol

Nakaranas ng magkakahiwalay na pagyanig ang mga lalawigan ng Davao Occidental at Surigao del Norte ngayong Huwebes ng madaling araw.

Ayon sa Phivolcs, magnitude 3.4 na lindol ang tumama sa Davao Occidental kaninang alas-12:48 ng madaling araw.

Ang episentro nito ay sa layong 87 kilometro Timog-Silangan ng bayan ng Jose Abad Santos.

May lalim itong 19 na kilometro.

Samantala, nakaranas din ng magnitude 3.5 at 3.0 na mga pagyanig ang General Luna, Surigao del Norte kaninang ala-1:34 at alas-2:15 ng madaling araw.

May lalim na walo at tatlong kilometro ang mga pagyanig.

Tectonic ang dahilan ng mga lindol na hindi naman inaasahang nagdulot ng pinsala sa mga ari-arian.

Hindi rin inaasahan ang aftershocks o kasunod pang mga pagyanig.
