Umapela ang mga magsasaka ng palay kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na tutulan ang panukalang batas ukol sa rice tariffication.

Papatayin umano ng bill ang industriya ng palay sa bansa.

Tutol rin ang stakeholders na tanggalin sa National Food Authority (NFA) ang mandato na magbigay ng murang bigas sa merkado.
