Groundbreaking ng Mega Manila Subway, itinakda sa Feb. 26

Muling nagtakda ang Department of Transportation (DOTr)ang bagong petsa sa groundbreaking ng Mega Manila Subway.

Sa isang press conference sa Quezon City, sinabi ni Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade na idaraos ang groundbreaking ng proyekto sa February 26.

Aniya, naantala ito dahil sa hindi pare-parehong iskedyul kasama ang mga Japanese official.

Sinabi ni Tugade na nakatakda nang lumipad ang DOTr officials patungong Japan para mapabilis ang konstruksyon ng rail system.

Inaasahang aabot ng 30 kilometro ang subway rail system

Magiging sakop nito ang 14 istasyon mula Mindanao Avenue ng Quezon City hanggang sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) sa Parañaque City.
