Google free wifi stations itatayo sa ilang lugar sa bansa
Magbubukas ang Google ng Google Stations sa limampung lugar sa Pilipinas.
Sa isinagawang Google for Philippines Forum sa Parañaque, sinabi ni Global Director ng Google Next Billion Users Partnerships na layon nitong makapagbigay ng libre at dekalidad na Wi-fi connection sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao.
Itatalaga aniya ang mga Google station sa pagtatapos ng Pebrero.
Target itong itayo sa mga pampublikong lugar tulad ng mga paliparan, market areas, malls at bus station.
Katuwang naman ng Google sa naturang proyekto ang Smart Communication.
Narito ang mga lokasyon na magkakaroon ng libreng wi-fi sa pamamagitan ng Google Station:

– Holy Cross of Davao College
– Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
– Southern Luzon State University
– University of Cebu-Main Campus
– City Hall of Baguio
– City Hall of Mandaluyong
– Ali Mall
– Gateway Mall
Nanguna nang nakapagtayo ng Google Stations sa India, Mexico, Thailand at Nigeria.
