2019 budget hindi pork barrel free ayon kay Rep. Andaya
Aminado si House Appropriations Committee Chair Rolando Andaya Jr na mayroon pa ring pork barrel sa ilalim ng P3.757T 2019 national budget.
Ayon kay Andaya, kabilang na rito ang insertions sa pondo para sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
Sinabi rin nito na mayroong P50 billion na lump sum o tig-P160 million ang bawat isang kongresista.
‘Di hamak naman anya na mas malaki ang pork barrel ng mga senador dahil aabot anya sa tig-P3 billion ang mga ito o aabot sa P75 billion sa kabuuan.
Samantala, hindi naman napagbigyan ang lahat ng request ni House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo na dagdag sa alokasyon sa ilang piling ahensya ng pamahalaan.
Kabilang lamang anya sa napagbigyan ng bicameral conference committee ay ang dagdag na P10 billion para sa budget ng Department of Agriculture (DA).
