Nagsampa na ng kaso ang pamilya ni Joshua Lacsamana, 17-anyos na binatilyong napatay sa isang checkpoint sa Pangasinan.

Isinampa ng mga magulang ang kasong murder sa Office of the Ombudsman laban sa mga sangkot na pulis sa Rosales PNP.
