21 sa 67 barangay sa North Cotabato, pabor sa BARMM
Nakumpleto na ang canvassing ng plebisito mula sa mga bayan ng Pigcawayan, Aleosan, Carmen at Tulunan, North Cotabato.
Ayon sa Commission on Elections (Comelec), sa tala bandang 10:25 Huwebes ng umaga, lumabas na 21 sa 67 na barangay sa mga nasabing bayan ang pumabor na sumali sa bagong Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Sa isang press briefing, sinabi ni Comelec-Region 12 director Michael Abas na naging maayos ang canvassing sa probinsya matapos isara ang polling centers bandang 3:00, Miyerkules ng hapon.
90 porsyento na aniya ng election returns ang na-canvass ng Comelec.
Dahil dito, lumalabas na 54 porsyento ang voters’ turnout sa lugar.
Samantala, inaasahan naman ang resulta ng canvassing sa Pikit, Midsayap at Kabacan ngayong araw.
