Retiradong pulis patay sa pamamaril sa Davao del Norte

Patay ang isang retiradong pulis at sugatan ang isa pa sa pamamaril sa Tagum City.

Kinilala ang namatay na si Simplicio Samar Jr. habang sugatan ang kaibigan nitong si PO3 Eduardo bajalia.

Lumabas sa imbestigasyon na binaril ng hindi pa kilalang suspek si Samar sa harap ng pag-aari nitong sanglaan.

Nasugatan naman si Bajalia habang nakikipagbarilan ito sa gunman.

Patuloy ang imbestigasyon sa pamaril.
