Sa isinagawang pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs, iginiit ng Calabarzon Police na napatay si Richard Santillan dahil nanlaban ito sa mga pulis.
Si Santiallan ay bodygarud ng electoral fraud whistleblower na si dating Biliran Rep. Glenn Chong.
Layon ng pagdinig ng komite na imbestigahan ang mga naganap na election-related killings.
